New Online and Mobile Banking Security Features

The protection of your information is very important to us. An additional security feature to safeguard your online information is being added to the login process. This feature adds another layer of identity verification. The new security feature will take effect on February 24, 2026.

How does the new security feature work?

When logging into online or mobile banking on your phone or computer, you will receive a message (text or voice) to your phone with a 6-digit code. You will be asked to enter this code to complete the login process. This replaces the need to answer security questions when logging in to online or mobile banking.

What to do prior to February 24…

Please make sure your phone number is up to date in your online banking profile. If it needs to be changed, please contact us and provide your cell phone number or another phone number. You may also email us the information to admin@eagleexpressfcu.com.
